Meet Jennifer Broadley

Hi, I’m Jennifer Broadley, Managing Director of Smart Coaching International, and one of the country’s leading, qualified Corporate Coaches. My style is to be practical, results-orientated, honest, sincere, approachable and real. I bring to my coaching a rich blend of life experiences as a professional, an entrepreneur, a leader, a tri-athlete, a partner, a parent, an adventurer and a mentor.

I grew up in West Africa, went to school and university in Scotland and have since lived and worked in Hong Kong, Australia and Indonesia as well as the UK. I now live with my daughter in London and run my international operation from a home office on a hallowed 4-day week (which, if you have the opportunity, I highly recommend as a strategy for successful work-life balance)!

I have over 15 years experience in the publishing and media industry in the UK and overseas, latterly as Commercial Director, New Business for the UK’s largest privately-owned magazine company. I am a passionate believer in life-long learning and in respecting and embracing diversity.

My business mission is this: To authentically support media professionals, entrepeneurs and business leaders to reach their goals and live rich, fulfilled, complete and balanced personal and professional lives.
